Nothing Gold Can Stay

Spring is the time of awakening and a new life. When spring comes around every year, flowers burst with bright colors, trees are blooming with brand new leaves and everything is alive again. One of the disadvantages to spring is the pollen on the cars, houses, and everything that is outside. To me, I love the weather during spring but I hate the allergies it causes me to have.
On the nature walks during school, we all notice the trees' mostly changing colors. On the top of the tress they turn gold and now all of the leaves are coming back. Soon the leaves will change to yellow, red and many other beautiful colors.
Spring time is one of my most favorite seasons even though my allergies might disagree. I love the beautiful colors and the warm air that comes along with spring.

St. Patrick's Day Blog # 1

St. Patrick's Day is a yearly holiday celebrated on March the 17th. It is named after Saint Patrick, the most commonly recognized of the parton saints of Ireland. It began as a purely Catholic holiday and became an official feast day in the early 1600s. However, it has gradually become more of a secular celebration of Ireland's culture.
Today we were green and if you don't wear the color you will get pinched.
